We had an amazing stay at The Upton. The owners, Laura and Olivia, were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They provided a clean and well-outfitted apartment with plenty of sanitizers and other PPE. The kitchen was great and the neighborhood was fantastic with lots of nice restaurants nearby. We felt right at home and had a relaxing time.
Parking was difficult in the neighborhood and there was no convenient mirror with good lighting for applying makeup.

We got great value for our money at the apartment in an authentic Bostonian house. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for working. The location on Tremont Street was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff, Laura and Olivia, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more options or variety.

I recently spent Christmas at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was also close to popular tourist sites like the Freedom Trail and the Museum of Fine Arts. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. They even went above and beyond by delivering our luggage to our room and providing extra coffee when we ran out. The hotel was well-equipped with excellent appliances in the kitchen and comfortable towels and linens. the hospitality and amenities made our Christmas stay truly enjoyable.
While my stay at the hotel was exceptional, parking in the neighborhood was a bit challenging. It required some pre-planning to find a suitable parking spot.
